Theydon is a traditional family run Bed and Breakfast providing comfortable, well furnished accommodation in a beautiful country house near the centre of the village of Liphook and close to the borders of Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey.


All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV and alarm clock.
A full English breakfast is included and can be taken on the patio if requested.

Liphook is situated on the main railway line from Portsmouth (½ hour) to London (1 hour) and on the A3 road from London to Portsmouth.

Evening meals can be taken in the village centre (3 mins walk) with pub food, or French and Indian restaurants.

Local attractions include, Hollycombe Steam Collection, The Watercress Steam Railway, Jane Austen's House in Chawton and Gilbert White's House in Selbourne. Numerous local walks can be taken on the South Downs Way, The River Wey and around the outskirts of the village.

There are two golf courses in the village and a further five within a ten mile radius.
